Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Key Shipping Information
Order cut-off time: 4:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Order processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)
Shipping transit time: 4 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday)
Total estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (EST) are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Order processing generally takes 1 to 2 business days, depending on order volume and seasonal demand.
Shipping Tracking
After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

We currently ship to the United States only. From big cities to small towns, if you're in the U.S., we're shipping to your doorstep.
Possible Shipping Delays
Although we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 3 business days for delivery. If your order still has not arrived after this extended period, contact us and we will promptly investigate the issue.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@chaptercollections.com. While we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
Send a clear photo of the issue along with your order number to support@chaptercollections.com, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by arranging a replacement or sending the correct item.
