At Chaptercollections, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you wear. We're committed to making returns, exchanges, and cancellations simple and stress-free, in compliance with consumer protection laws.
30-Day Return Promise
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
To start a return or exchange, email us at support@chaptercollections.com with:
Your order number
Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
Reason for return or exchange
Photos if they help explain the issue
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Have all tags attached
Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories
Be accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately at support@chaptercollections.com with:
Your order number
A short description of the issue
Photographs of the item and its packaging
We'll make it right, no questions asked.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: We cover the return shipping cost, no charge to you.
Change of Mind (wrong size, style, or no longer wanted): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Please package items securely to avoid damage during return transit.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
The time for funds to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider
You will be notified once the refund is processed
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Email us at support@chaptercollections.com and we'll help you with an exchange.
The fastest option is to return your item and place a new order for the replacement once your return is approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled prior to processing. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@chaptercollections.com.
For items that have already been shipped or delivered, returns can be initiated by following the steps described above.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
Swimwear and intimates
Items marked as "Final Sale"
Gift cards
These items will be clearly marked on their product pages.
Additional Considerations
This policy complements our Terms of Service and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
