When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

During busy periods or holidays, things can take a bit longer. We try to keep everything moving as smoothly as possible.


Where are orders shipped from?

We ship directly from our wholesale partners.

This allows us to offer a wider range of products, but it also means shipping times may be slightly longer than domestic US shipping.


My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

If your order is taking longer than expected, just send us an email and include your order number.

We’ll look into it and get back to you with an update.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled, as long as they haven’t been processed yet.

After that, you can still return your order once it arrives, according to our Return Policy.


How do I request a return or exchange?

To start a return or exchange, contact us by email.

You can return the item using your own shipping method, or request a return label (the cost may be deducted from your refund).

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund.
